Privacy statement

This statement covers the website at tutticore.ai, operated by Tutticore AI (“Tutticore”, “we”). It describes what the site does today. If that changes, this page changes first.

The short version

• The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
• Your browser loads nothing from third parties. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.
• It stores nothing in your browser.
• The only personal data we receive is what you send us through the contact form or by email.

The contact form

When you press “Send message”, the form sends your email address, your organisation if you gave one, and your message to our server. Our server passes them to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers them as an email to our inbox at info@tutticore.ai. Nothing is sent before you press the button, and the form is not connected to any marketing or tracking tool.

To limit abuse, our server briefly keeps a count of recent submissions per IP address in memory. It is not written to disk and is not linked to your message.

What we do with your message

We use it to reply and to continue the conversation you started. The same applies if you email us directly. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell this information or add you to a mailing list. We share it only with the service providers that handle it on our behalf: Resend, which delivers form messages, and the email provider that hosts our inbox. Resend is based in the United States, so your message may be processed there under its data processing terms. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then delete it, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

Server logs

Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers record technical request data such as IP address, time, requested page, and browser type. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not combine it with anything else or use it to identify visitors.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email info@tutticore.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we add anything that changes the answers above, for example analytics or a new service provider, we will update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
